My name is Ava and I am a professional seamstress and fabricator based in Chicago.

I make costumes and props for film, commercials, theater, and more, but what I love most of all is cosplay! I'm particularly drawn to making characters that have unusual designs and shapes. Characters that makes you say "how would a human wear that?" I really enjoy interpreting odd proportions and non-human features into something wearable.
